It really serves no one to go into a detailed narrative, but the color was really, really bad. Dramatically bad. I didn’t expect this from a place I had patronized for years. I’ll have to live with it for a while and put up with the inevitable comments from people I know. And hope that my hair grows out very quickly over the next month or so! To be fair, this was the exception and not the rule. Everyone deserves the occasional mulligan, and I will be back.
