I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and professional work of Travis. However there were 2 to 3 people who were down the hallway from Travis that talked very loud throughout my entire spa treatment. I heard their whole conversation for over an hour If you want a spa experience the noise level( Especially from staff) should be low so that each customer/client can enjoy their spa treatment. That was the only constructive criticism response I would offer to management.
