I have been enjoying the services of Palm Springs Fine Men's Salon for about six months now and I look forward to each new appointment. The warm greeting at check-in, the consistently perfect haircuts from Dominic, to my new-found passion for pedicures from Travis -- each visit is a trip to pampering and relaxation. The customer loyalty program is a great way to save a bit of dough. And, imagine my surprise (a pleasant one, at that) at the end of this week`s appointment when the receptionist told me that my haircut was "on the house" as a way to thank me for my patronage. What a way to promote customer retention. A quality experience with great, personal service.
