James was so helpful the minute I came in the door as a walk in. He booked me with Dominic for my hair treatment and asked me to please be seated in the waiting area, as well brought me a chilled bottle of water. Dominic soon arrived and introduced himself to me, he then gave me a tour of the location before working on my hair. We had a very nice visit as he trimmed, washed and blow dried my hair all back into shape. Many thanks to both of these sweet guys for making my first experience one that will bring me back!
