I've been to the salon about 6 times now and the only issue I have is that I don't think you guys have run on time for my haircut even one time. You are always about 10-15 minutes behind schedule. Perhaps you need to schedule more time between appointments? I just don't think it's respectful of your clients time to always be running behind.
