Comment
My only criticism is the loud music in the lobby. It's very hard to relax during a facial and massage when there's blaring music from the lobby. It bleeds into the spa treatment rooms and is really distracting. It changes and deteriorates the entire spa experience. I know that sound proofing rooms is expensive and likely not an option, but I hope that turning down the music to a reasonable level will help.
