The technician made multiple mistakes during the polish portion. About two hours after I left I went to put socks on and noticed that my gel polish was still tacky. The more I inspected she had left paint on my skin and missed polishing sections of my toes.

Was left waiting 30 minutes after appointment time before starting pedicure. Then rushed experience. Would like at least a 5-10 minute soak. Not the relaxing day I had planned. Nor would I want this technician again. I’ve been a few other times and had a pleasant experience, but today left me sour.

Towels were gross, stained, the environment was cold and unwelcoming, took forever to get a mani pedi. Was there for 3.5 hrs and only planned for 1.5 hrs. Sadly took most of my day. My nails already look horrible a few hours after leaving. Don’t care to visit again.
