My only criticism is the loud music in the lobby. It's very hard to relax during a facial and massage when there's blaring music from the lobby. It bleeds into the spa treatment rooms and is really distracting. It changes and deteriorates the entire spa experience. I know that sound proofing rooms is expensive and likely not an option, but I hope that turning down the music to a reasonable level will help.

Ethan was very friendly, knowledgeable, but most of all listened to what I like about my hair and what I would like to see modified. He outlined out his suggestion which aligned perfectly with my vision! I am very satisfied with my haircut. ;0)
