Mackenzie is super! She is very professional and friendly. She does a thorough job with my nails, and I am comfortable with the COVID regulations which are followed at your salon. The young ladies at the reception desk always make me feel welcome. Thanks, ladies!

My only criticism is the loud music in the lobby. It's very hard to relax during a facial and massage when there's blaring music from the lobby. It bleeds into the spa treatment rooms and is really distracting. It changes and deteriorates the entire spa experience. I know that sound proofing rooms is expensive and likely not an option, but I hope that turning down the music to a reasonable level will help.
