I TRULY BELIEVE THAT IT'S TIME FOR THIS LOCATION TO UNDERGO A REMODEL! THE PLACE FEELS DATED,AND LOOKS IT INA LOT OF PLACES IT IS FAR TO SNUG FOR MY LIKING. THAT BEING THE CHAIRS ARE OLD,AND VERY SMALL FOR MY LIKING. YOU HAVE NO TV'S IN THE AREA WHERE MOST PEOPLE ARE SPENDING THE MAJORITY OF THEIR TIME. WITH NOTHING THERE TO HELP PASS THAT TIME! I FEEL YOU WOULD GET MORE REPEAT BUSINESS,AND NEW BUSINESS IF YOU JUST DID A SIMPLE REMODEL.

Heather was very nice and professional. She listened and worked with me on the type of haircut I was looking for. She also was very helpful on showing how to use one of the products to get my hair to look the way I wanted it to look. 😊

The technician made multiple mistakes during the polish portion. About two hours after I left I went to put socks on and noticed that my gel polish was still tacky. The more I inspected she had left paint on my skin and missed polishing sections of my toes.

Was left waiting 30 minutes after appointment time before starting pedicure. Then rushed experience. Would like at least a 5-10 minute soak. Not the relaxing day I had planned. Nor would I want this technician again. I’ve been a few other times and had a pleasant experience, but today left me sour.
