Comment
Usually, a haircut does not shy away from fear of exiting the building upset or merely disappointed with the imperfect haircut. However, both times I have gotten it cut here by Autumn, I have left with an exceeding well feeling, knowing my hair was in good hands. She takes her job seriously, and this includes keeping the customer satisfied during the cut as well. Each time I have left the building, the satisfaction of having a perfect haircut exceeds my expectations! The pressure of ruining someone’s haircut seems to disintegrate with her confidence to knowing exactly how the customer expects to leave - with nice hair, and a smile on our face!
