I normally get my hair done by Grace and I have always left happy with my hair. Today, I worked with a different person (Felicia) and I left the salon unhappy with my hair, and cried the entire drive home. After nearly 4 hours in the salon, the blonde side of my head was STILL brassy, and a dark, blonde (which is NOT what I get done - ever. I always get the lightest it can be and Felicia even asked me earlier in the appointment and I confirmed that I always want it as light as we can get it). After the initial glaze, I came back to my seat to see my roots were still brassy and had to ask her to tone it again. After that, my roots were STILL brassy. I had already spent four hours, and yes - she did offer to tone it even more, but I didn't want to sit any longer so I essentially was just like "it's fine i'm just going to go home and tone it myself." I am so unhappy. I normally have great experiences with Grace - and this was the complete opposite. I'm so upset and unsatisfied. I felt like I was telling Felicia what to do the entire time. When she was cutting my bangs, I had to tell her what was uneven, and I still feel like my bangs aren't even. And then with the color.... I'm just shocked. And I hate this, I hate to point fingers and say Felicia did all these things wrong because I'm sure she was just trying her best and I know she's a little newer, but I'm so upset with my hair. I feel like I shouldn't have had to guide her so much... (I so appreciate that after my mother calling and trying to work things out that you are letting me come in on Monday free of charge to fix it though).
