I always enjoy coming to your salon for a hair cut and color. When I arrive I'm greeted with a smile and a number of representatives know who I am. Since, I usually don't make an appointment, I appreciate that you take drop-ins and any representative is willing to provide me with service. In terms of the environment I usually feel comfortable and enjoy the offering of a beer or soda. Occasionally, some reps feel the need to gossip with each other about their customers and this can be uncomfortable. Additionally, the price for the service experience is approximately $10 higher based on another salon I've used with similar services. Overall though, I'm satisfied with my experience and I will continue to use the Ultimate Shave for my hair care. Thanks for everything..!
