Used to be one of my favorite places to take my sons, but the tenor of the place has changed a lot over the last year or so. The ladies seem very unhappy, the salon is packed and never seems to have walk-in service anymore, and the haircuts are becoming Super Cuts quality for some. I watched one woman cut my son's hair with complete disregard for him, like he was a bother to her. Just not the happy place it once was. Feels like we are imposing on the ladies just walking in the door. Also, in this day and age, we all pay with credit/debit cards. We should not be made to feel like we are saddling the shop with an additional cost by using a bank card. It is a modern and expected convenience in this market, especially when having to pay premium cost for haircuts here. Bring the happiness back.
