I received an excellent haircut from Nikki. However, for the 2nd or 3rd time over the past couple of months, I am *not* seated on time.. I dislike waiting after reserving time using your website. I asked Nikki why a "walk-in" is serviced in front of me, forcing me to wait 10 - 15 minutes? I do not like waiting. Perhaps, I need to up my game and find a place which honors appointments. Your establishment does not. While I am partly to blame - as I scheduled the 1:30pm appt ahead of a 2pm phone meeting I had. However, I have limited time and I don't want to waste it waiting for The Ultimate Shave to keep to their schedule. Frustrated. Nikki gave a terrific haircut, but the experience was lousy as I was upset, and this is the "new normal" for The Ultimate Shave. I would not recommend this establishment. I can go to a barber shop and get the service I've received at the ultimate shave, but I prefer to pay more, tip better, and improve my overall experience.. Except that the experience is not the high quality experience I think The Ultimate Shave intends to deliver.

I had Amanda and i would not wish that on my enemies it was the roughest fastest haircut I’ve ever had here. Missed spots too rough. Why didn’t i say she missed something because i just wanted to get out…

Haircut for one of the family of three was fine. However, other two waited nearly an hour after originally being told there were only 3 people ahead of us. Appointments kept coming in and going ahead of us, which is fine, but the staff should have let us know that. Eventually we left. And we will not return.

Messed my haircut, the person was in so hurry and couldn’t do it what I asked for, instead ended up by just cutting my hair on sides which looked completely awkward. He took more than an hour to just cut the hair just on side. The other lady actually understood and tried helping him which still didn’t make any difference. Only advice: not to do experiments with hair when you don’t know how to do a haircut and especially when I’m hurry.

I’ve been a regular customer since the beginning. My last few visits have not lived up to the standards that I’ve become accustomed to. Appointments have been very difficult to schedule, but more importantly the cuts have been lower in quality. Despite very few people in the shop, I felt that the haircut was rushed with little concern for attention to detail. She was very pleasant overall, I just didn’t feel that the visit, or the last few visits, have been of the same quality that led me to consistently patronize the ultimate shave. I’m not one to write a negative review, however I feel out of respect for Sherry and a business that I generally like, to Share that my perception is such that your overall quality is declining, and would benefit from some added attention.
