So I'm a dude with long hair and no knowledge. I walked in and basically explained that it was getting too hot especially when I'd be at work running around. So they helped me out and explained we could layer it and take some weight off while keeping the length. The cut looks good, and it's much more manageable now. Very happy overall with the care given. Dana was really knowledgeable and made sure I was comfy the whole time. Definitely going back again
