When I checked in with the receptionist I requested a shampoo , the stylist was'nt aware that I requested a shampoo until after the hair cut and time to pay The stylist did not introduce herself , I asked for her name The stylist did not ask what I wanted to have done

We think that the prices are too high for childrens and that there should be a separate charge if just a touch up.

They raised their fees significantly and charged almost $3 for using credit card. Getting to be too pricey

The online reservation system should allow for cancellations or changes to be made rather than needing to call the salon to do that. It is inconvenient for the client and a time waster for salon staff and the client. You should have a "NA" as a selection. I had to put a 0 for professional advice received. Not sure what you are suggesting that is, but I know I've never received something that would fit that category.
