I felt like the cut was rushed - I was done in 10 minutes. Its the first time I used this person and would not use her again.

The credit card machine was broken today, and the ladies at the register said it hasn't been working for 10 days. This was not the first time I have experienced this at your store, and from the conversation, it is clear that this has been an ongoing chronic issue. This really is unacceptable for a business who would like to take itself seriously and have their customers' return business. I happened to have enough cash on hand but don't you think it's time to invest the capital necessary for a reliable permanent solution? That said, I always have a positive haircut and shampoo experience here.

Great concept. Very friendly. Bit sloppy with staff drink cups/straws sitting most cabinets and shave carts, looks messy. Why do you have clients chose services on line when making an appointment, but then need to ask for them again likentheybnever transfer to the front end system you have to check in?

(0 rating on the professional advice as it did not apply with my visit, don't read into that) ...This place is simply awesome. Everyone is professional, attentive, and courteous. It's out of my way geographically speaking but I do not mind making the drive one bit. I don't have much to work with up top and they somehow manage to work wonders with it. It's a bit on the expensive side - but it's worth it, every penny of it. You see and feel the difference between a this haircut and a 15 dollar haircut, so don't go anywhere else. Have to give them extra kudos for their safety protocols during the COVID pandemic. I felt completely safe and welcome at all times. Call and make the appointment today. You will be glad you did.

I have recently started getting my haircut in the area. I am only interested in a basic haircut and no extras (hot towel, head rub, shampoo, etc). I have tried a couple of places in the area for the same type of service. I have found Ultimate Shave to be more expensive than the other places. I don't feel at this point that the difference in price is worth it. At Ultimate Shave, the people are nice, the place is clean, they get you in fast, and I have always liked my hair cuts (i have gotten 4 total hair cuts there). But I can get the same thing at other places for cheaper $25 vs. $14.
