I felt the staff member gave me her best efforts. The main reason I visited the establishment was to get a close shave. The job removing my beard and the facial was outstanding but in shaving off my mustache the job was not as close as it should have been. This will not deter me from trying the Ultimate Shave again. I will just make sure I share my expectations prior to the shave.
