I really wish you would at least allow 1 grace miss. I have been coming here for a couple years, never missed, always tipped but apparently my wife scheduled me for the wrong day (put her phone number in) and I didn’t know I had a no show. Yes I paid the fee. Yes I still tipped the girl who cut my hair but it is kind of rough to still get hit with the fee when they could see that my phone number wasn’t in the system and we made a “Human” mistake on the day. Before you say it’s a business, I owned. an F45 fitness studio. I know all about no shoe fees. However, giving someone a little bit of human treatment does go a long way. Rated 10/10 for the girl who cut my hair. Rate the management of your shop 1/10.

When I walked into the shop,I was greeted by the entire staff. After a short wait,( Maybe 10 minutes?? ),, I was called by Nicole and was asked /confirmed about how I wanted my hair cut. Nicole is a very polite young lady, who is organized. Her work area was neat and clean. There are a few things I would like to see; 1) More hair care products by American Crew 2) Maybe bottled water for sale or donation??
