I had been coming in for a haircut and shampoo, which together were $45. Now you've not just increased prices but have jacked them up so my haircut ALONE is $45. Gone are the days when I'll be coming in for a cut and shampoo; and indeed, I'll be shopping to see what others are charging for haircuts. I love Britany and Sully, but I'm 75 years old and I felt I was splurging before when it was $45 for the combo, and with a $15 tip it came to $60. I know some places have senior rates, but they aren't THAT much less. In my case, a 50% increase just in the price of a haircut (unless I want to switch barbers) is just... well, it's not going to fly. EVEN if I switched barbers, it's a 33.3% increase, which is also just stupid. I still have a $15 credit there from pre-paying (I had an appointment for Feb 3 but fell on ice and broke my left leg on Feb 1 and had to cancel, and then when I booked for April 28 I had to pay another fee online) so I may come back one more time; but unless I find everyone else has lost their sanity and jacked prices up at a similar rate, that will be it for me. It's just inconceivable... 50% increase for a haircut?! C'mon, man! So long.

My sons have been coming to this salon for many years. We usually had a wonderful experience, however the past few haircuts have been disappointing. We never had to request a specific stylist as they all used to be good. However, some of the new stylists are not up to par. Also, my youngest is 12 and is charged the same price as a men’s haircut. Definitely not a fair deal. We are not sure we will be returning.

I had booked a rather expensive haircut and shave, hoping to have a relaxing experience in an upscale mens salon. When I arrived, I was greeted with the screams of toddlers and the televisions were all tuned to some kind of kids programming. Needless to say, this killed the atmosphere. I would suggest advertising specific times for children's cuts, because the noise and annoyance of small children ruined my experience.
