I went in because I had issues with my hair being cut by someone and I didn't think it was fixable. I was so wrong. Everyone was so nice and I felt very welcomed!! Very clean and inviting environment. I got my hair cut, permed and it covered up the cut spot in my hair. My stylist was amazing!! She was so nice and professional. She spent over 4 yrs with me. She is AMAZING!! I'm definitely going back next month to get my hair colored with her. I recommend this college to anyone wanting their hair done with whatever you want done. Thank you so much Gwen!!

I paid for a junior/senior and got a sophomore who said I was her first full highlight. I like the color of my hair. I asked for like a shadow root, but it just looks like my hair is already 2 months grown out, not a shadow root. The teacher was excellent though.

This was my first visit to the Beauty College and had a facial. The service provided was completed in a calming, knowledgeable way. I look forward to scheduling other services with them.

I had two separate services. 1. Perm. Averie was amazing. However she’d never given. Perm before and if paid for a jr/sr to do my spiral perm. She had very little guidance and it took ( through no fault of Averie) 6 hours. My perm came out great as I’ve had spiral perms before and answered her questions throughout the process. Instructors need to be mindful of when assigning the appointments and provide guidance to the inexperienced students on an ongoing basis if they do assign them to a new assignment. The instructor made a comment to Averie about it taking all day and audibly complained to another instructor that she (Averie) still wasn’t done. Perhaps help her? Impressed with Averie, not impressed with the instructor. 2. Massage. Got to my appointment and was informed that they were still with the previous appointment and it would be a 30 minute wait. I saw the computer and saw that despite me making the appointment and paying for it several days earlier, that they’d double booked from 12:30 (my appointment time) until 1 ( when my appointment actually started. My massage therapist was excellent. Again, impressed with the person assigned to me, disappointed with the beauty college not valuing my time. Desk personnel was very friendly.

I love coming here! I always have the best experience. The students are great and so are the instructors. It's a wonderful dynamic. My questions are always answered with care. I LOVE my hair! The cut and color are perfect. My hair feels so much healthier already! Avery did a great job! All of the students interact professionally and are very welcoming (even if you aren't their client). You all are doing a fabulous job. It feels so nice to be a part of the students education, and I recommend you all to everyone.
