My son hated getting his haircut. This place made the experience so enjoyable for him as well as myself, his mother. I’m not longer hesitant to book haircuts for him!

We scheduled last minute appointments and weren't sure what to expect but we were blown away with the quality of service we got from Jodi. She made my girls feel completely at ease, talked to them about their desired hair cuts, asked important questions about how they regularly wear it (more ponytail vs down) to accomodate those styles post cut. She kept the kids engaged, talking to them and not just the parents, and was able to seamlessly go between a direction-following 6 year old, to a bouncy, toddler ready to get down and play on the slide. Overall great experience. We will DEFINITELY be back again

We love coming for our son’s haircut here especially with Maria in the North Plainfield location. Always leaving smiling!

Came home and realized her hair was totally lopsided. I had to fix it myself. Unacceptable.

We had an appointment at 9:30 for a kid cut. We arrived on time and were checked in and asked to wait. Multiple other families arrived after us and were taken for tier haircuts. After the second time we were skipped I asked if they knew we were here. One stylist looked at the computer and said oh you’ll be next but still chose to take another kid who’s appointment was for 9:45. We were not accommodated at all and ultimately left without my son getting his haircut. We won’t be returning.
