My son’s haircut was done poorly and unprofessionally. There were visible patches of long hair left throughout his head, showing a clear lack of attention to detail. This establishment appears to prioritize seeing as many clients as possible rather than maintaining quality, and it shows in the work. The stylist who cut my son’s hair openly stated multiple times that she had never cut curly hair before. Her hands were visibly shaking the entire time, which immediately raised concerns about her experience and confidence. Hearing repeated comments about not knowing how to cut my son’s hair type made me feel uncomfortable and frankly discriminated against, especially since this business does not advertise that it only services specific hair types. What was most unacceptable is that I had to guide her on how to use the scissors during the haircut. If a stylist lacks the proper training to cut certain hair textures, that should be addressed internally through training not learned on a child during a paid service. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, quality control, and customer care

Maria is great! We have been going to her for years. She is professional, friendly and works with a sense of urgency to ensure that she sticks to appointment times. We love that the facility has an indoor slide and TV. It is a very kid-friendly place. We love that we can purchase a card in advance for discounted cuts, but wish there were more promotions. My son gets a haircut every 4 weeks so it adds up.

Was absolutely unhappy with the service for my daughter at the salon. We had a 1:45 appointment and we were not taken cared of until 2:10, even though we were checked in at 1:45. It would have been okay if we were waiting for someone to help us out, but the person that was suppose to cut our daughters hair just forgot, so when soemone else came after us, who mentioned they were early for their appointment and got immediately seated in the baby hair cut car, while we continued to wait. I decided to go up to the person and asked when we were going to be helped, and she looked perplexed and decided to help afterwards. She put my daughter in a car meant for older kids, and cut her hair horribly. My daughter was crying and she kept cutting and it was literally butchered. Her hair does not fall properly and looks so uneven. My reccomendation is when you know there is a baby coming to your salon, that you take the time to take care of and make the child feel comfortable. You cannot butcher baby's hair cut as it does not look good afterwards, if you cannot do it - say so. This is the last time I will come here.
