My wife and I came in last Saturday and were really excited to get our three year old son's hair cut. We wanted to go somewhere that specifically worked with kids since he hasn't had his hair cut very often and it can be a scary experience. We were attended by Jasmin and her communication and customer service was unbelievably bad. She was not friendly to us or our son. She didn't introduce herself. She didn't set him up in any way to make him comfortable. We asked about the TV as a distraction and she did not provide any guidance. When asked how we would like his hair cut my wife showed her a picture of the most standard boys haircut (short with a side part). She then proceeded to cut his hair without giving him any warning or walking him through the process. He immediately began to cry as my wife struggled to try and put a video on her phone as well as watch his hair cut. She went on to try an cut his hair completely different than the picture my wife showed her. At one point she sprayed water on my son's head and nailed my wife in the face. When my wife told her that the line she drew for his part was not straight, she did not understand us and ultimately handed my wife the comb to draw the part line. Ultimately the employee Maria C. had to intervene and help blending the hair as it looked like a 90's bowl cut. Jasmin was so rude and so defensive. At one point when we asked her to please look at the picture she said that every child is different and every head is different. We were asking for the most basic haircut.... It was a horrible experience and due to Jasmin we will never be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone. If I was the owner I would terminate her employment immediately as she is doing way more damage than good to your company's business and reputation. You can ask Maria C. as she painfully witnessed the entire experience having to step in multiple times.

My son’s haircut was done poorly and unprofessionally. There were visible patches of long hair left throughout his head, showing a clear lack of attention to detail. This establishment appears to prioritize seeing as many clients as possible rather than maintaining quality, and it shows in the work. The stylist who cut my son’s hair openly stated multiple times that she had never cut curly hair before. Her hands were visibly shaking the entire time, which immediately raised concerns about her experience and confidence. Hearing repeated comments about not knowing how to cut my son’s hair type made me feel uncomfortable and frankly discriminated against, especially since this business does not advertise that it only services specific hair types. What was most unacceptable is that I had to guide her on how to use the scissors during the haircut. If a stylist lacks the proper training to cut certain hair textures, that should be addressed internally through training not learned on a child during a paid service. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, quality control, and customer care

We had an appointment at 9:30 for a kid cut. We arrived on time and were checked in and asked to wait. Multiple other families arrived after us and were taken for tier haircuts. After the second time we were skipped I asked if they knew we were here. One stylist looked at the computer and said oh you’ll be next but still chose to take another kid who’s appointment was for 9:45. We were not accommodated at all and ultimately left without my son getting his haircut. We won’t be returning.
