The waiting time and speed of service were pleasantly surprised. However, the haircut was simply terrible. It was not visible in the salon itself, since the hair was wet, but at home it is terrible. I use the services of the salon constantly and in several locations, but I will never go to this master and I will not recommend it to anyone!!!

While we've had good experiences (and haircuts) here previously, the stylist did not listen when I repeatedly told her to keep my son's hair long(ish) but to just clean it up and get it out of his eyes. Instead, she just whipped out the clippers and gave him the same short boy's haircut that you see everywhere.

I received a coupon yesterday. The people when I walked in said I couldn’t use it, even though I just received it yesterday. Then when I read it and said that it said 2 weeks after yesterday, they finally said I could use it. My son was a pain, so I was appreciative of their catering to him, but I was disappointed that there was such an issue with the coupon. Otherwise, they would have gotten a better rating.

I asked for a certain kind of haircut for my son, even had pictures on my phone to show them. They completely ignored my request and gave him the same generic haircut that they seem to always give. Also the stylist seemed annoyed every time my 2 year old moved, which is understandable, but not something a hairstylist for children should have such an issue with. Love the atmosphere and have been there a few times, but getting tired of giving them chances to prove they are worth the money
