No complaints about our hair stylist. The store itself looks to be in pretty bad shape. I’m not sure if it was another hair dresser or store owner, but they were totally classless and rude. She had the gall to grab my kids fits while the our hair stylist was trying to have him sit in the chair. Nobody had an idea that we had come for chosen firet haircut package.They didn’t even have anything presentable for us to take home our kids hair. The places itself looks really dirty and unkempt. Despite all this, we maintained our calm and left the store with a smile. Definitely not coming back and definitely not recommending this to anyone.

The vibe was off from the moment I got there - the manager kept reminding my stylist to clean up stations while she was about to start on my child's haircut. Then the stylist kicked my child's ear and basically blamed my child because they weren't sitting still. My child wasn't squirming too much and I was under the impression that since this is a kids salon, the stylists would know how to work with kids.

The lady who talked with us at first was extremely rude. We come to Cookie cutter because my son likes to sit in the McQueen for haircut. When I requested the same thing, irrespective of salon being empty, she answered back rudely that we don't take reservations for cars. Why to pay you guys more, for this kind of service ????

We had an appointment at 9:30 for a kid cut. We arrived on time and were checked in and asked to wait. Multiple other families arrived after us and were taken for tier haircuts. After the second time we were skipped I asked if they knew we were here. One stylist looked at the computer and said oh you’ll be next but still chose to take another kid who’s appointment was for 9:45. We were not accommodated at all and ultimately left without my son getting his haircut. We won’t be returning.

My son’s haircut was done poorly and unprofessionally. There were visible patches of long hair left throughout his head, showing a clear lack of attention to detail. This establishment appears to prioritize seeing as many clients as possible rather than maintaining quality, and it shows in the work. The stylist who cut my son’s hair openly stated multiple times that she had never cut curly hair before. Her hands were visibly shaking the entire time, which immediately raised concerns about her experience and confidence. Hearing repeated comments about not knowing how to cut my son’s hair type made me feel uncomfortable and frankly discriminated against, especially since this business does not advertise that it only services specific hair types. What was most unacceptable is that I had to guide her on how to use the scissors during the haircut. If a stylist lacks the proper training to cut certain hair textures, that should be addressed internally through training not learned on a child during a paid service. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, quality control, and customer care
