We had an appointment at 9:30 for a kid cut. We arrived on time and were checked in and asked to wait. Multiple other families arrived after us and were taken for tier haircuts. After the second time we were skipped I asked if they knew we were here. One stylist looked at the computer and said oh you’ll be next but still chose to take another kid who’s appointment was for 9:45. We were not accommodated at all and ultimately left without my son getting his haircut. We won’t be returning.

I really love how Jodi interacts with the kids to make them more comfortable to get their haircut. She is very patient and works well with curly hair.
