In general, the stylists need to have more patience with the kids, to let them accept the situation, it looks easy for the adults but it's not easy for them. Today the stylist said to my baby: don't cry, nothing is happening it's ok. Instead of those frases the stylist can validate their feelings like: you feel scared right?, it's ok to be acared, you are allowed to cry, let's breath together, I will be gentle with you...and also give them a break if they are not having a good time. I know it will take more time, but the kids will feel better, listened and loved. During our visit, we also saw 2 other boys scared and crying so much, and the stylist was cutting the hair anyways. From my perspective, the stylist was more focused on getting the job done than the kids' feelings.
