Both my sons had their haircut today. Basically buzzed off everything in 5 minutes. I said both have big cowlicks and should be kept long in certain areas, completely disregarded and buzzed it down! Had not been here in 2 years and now I am reminded why. The staff is friendly and environment nice but I could have done the same job at home.

My sons hair was so horribly cut that I had to cut it all off with a buzzer as soon as we got home. It was longer on one side, shorter on the other and uneven all around. I don’t understand how kids place can be so uneducated, unprofessional about kids haircuts. Terrible experience and complete waste of money and time.

I asked for a certain kind of haircut for my son, even had pictures on my phone to show them. They completely ignored my request and gave him the same generic haircut that they seem to always give. Also the stylist seemed annoyed every time my 2 year old moved, which is understandable, but not something a hairstylist for children should have such an issue with. Love the atmosphere and have been there a few times, but getting tired of giving them chances to prove they are worth the money

I received a coupon yesterday. The people when I walked in said I couldn’t use it, even though I just received it yesterday. Then when I read it and said that it said 2 weeks after yesterday, they finally said I could use it. My son was a pain, so I was appreciative of their catering to him, but I was disappointed that there was such an issue with the coupon. Otherwise, they would have gotten a better rating.

While we've had good experiences (and haircuts) here previously, the stylist did not listen when I repeatedly told her to keep my son's hair long(ish) but to just clean it up and get it out of his eyes. Instead, she just whipped out the clippers and gave him the same short boy's haircut that you see everywhere.
