Came home and realized her hair was totally lopsided. I had to fix it myself. Unacceptable.

I’ve been taking my child here for a year now and this is the first time I have ever left there unhappy. The hair cut my child received is beyond awful and at this point is unfixable. The stylist was very nice and professional but that does not excuse the terrible haircut that my child received. At this point I am unsure if we will be returning in the future.

Needs to cleanup better between costumers. Lots of hair left all over. Kids haircut shorter then wanted and un even. Didn't understand how we wanted it cut. Pretty upset for picture day.

The haircut is okay but it’s uneven in many different spots including the ears. The neck was done fine. I was disappointed. I could get better service for the price elsewhere.

We had a 10:15 appointment and arrived at 10:10, we did not get in the chair until 11. Why offer appointments and walk ins on a Saturday. 45 mins behind for what should be a first appointment is crazy. It ran into my son’s nap time and he was tired in the chair. No one ever apologized for the long wait. Jodi was great and we were happy with the service but the salon needs to do a better job of managing appointments on a Saturday.

The facility was fun and upbeat, perfect for children. The TVs gave endless options. However we paid for the first haircut package and upon finishing we were told we had to wait for another stylist to finish cutting another child’s hair to be able to print the certificate and picture. We waited ten minutes and were ultimately told that they would call us when it was ready and we could come back to pick it up. At this point I would have preferred to just pay for a child cut and get the money back for the “first haircut package”. We never received a call and found it odd that only one person could print the certificate and that we had to wait ten minutes to still never receive it. Unfortunately for these reasons we will most likely not return.
