We had a 10:15 appointment and arrived at 10:10, we did not get in the chair until 11. Why offer appointments and walk ins on a Saturday. 45 mins behind for what should be a first appointment is crazy. It ran into my son’s nap time and he was tired in the chair. No one ever apologized for the long wait. Jodi was great and we were happy with the service but the salon needs to do a better job of managing appointments on a Saturday.

The facility was fun and upbeat, perfect for children. The TVs gave endless options. However we paid for the first haircut package and upon finishing we were told we had to wait for another stylist to finish cutting another child’s hair to be able to print the certificate and picture. We waited ten minutes and were ultimately told that they would call us when it was ready and we could come back to pick it up. At this point I would have preferred to just pay for a child cut and get the money back for the “first haircut package”. We never received a call and found it odd that only one person could print the certificate and that we had to wait ten minutes to still never receive it. Unfortunately for these reasons we will most likely not return.

My son was being difficult even though he typically isn’t like that. The stylist was nice. I just wanted a little more left in top. I was also a little frustrated because they have the television for the kids to watch, and it wasn’t working. I’m not sure if that would have calmed him.

The hair dresser we had does not know how to cut or style my son's hair, curly hair. We will be asking to not have her from now on.

Haircuts for kids too expensive. 24.95 is high for a kid.
