Our visit was a wonderful experience with Maria. She’s a delight and great with my child. We are always happy with her haircuts. The drawback was that she was the only stylist/employee working, so it was difficult for her to solely focus on my child when she had to answer the phone, greet/check in other customers, sell products and clean up. This made it a more stressful environment for everyone than need be. My suggestion is to hire more help wether it be another stylist or a receptionist. Thank you Maria for taking such good care of us in-spite of the craziness! We hope you get the assistance you clearly need to make Cookie Cutters run more smoothly and efficiently.

I’ve been taking my child here for a year now and this is the first time I have ever left there unhappy. The hair cut my child received is beyond awful and at this point is unfixable. The stylist was very nice and professional but that does not excuse the terrible haircut that my child received. At this point I am unsure if we will be returning in the future.

We had a 10:15 appointment and arrived at 10:10, we did not get in the chair until 11. Why offer appointments and walk ins on a Saturday. 45 mins behind for what should be a first appointment is crazy. It ran into my son’s nap time and he was tired in the chair. No one ever apologized for the long wait. Jodi was great and we were happy with the service but the salon needs to do a better job of managing appointments on a Saturday.
