I asked for a certain kind of haircut for my son, even had pictures on my phone to show them. They completely ignored my request and gave him the same generic haircut that they seem to always give. Also the stylist seemed annoyed every time my 2 year old moved, which is understandable, but not something a hairstylist for children should have such an issue with. Love the atmosphere and have been there a few times, but getting tired of giving them chances to prove they are worth the money
