The facility was fun and upbeat, perfect for children. The TVs gave endless options. However we paid for the first haircut package and upon finishing we were told we had to wait for another stylist to finish cutting another child’s hair to be able to print the certificate and picture. We waited ten minutes and were ultimately told that they would call us when it was ready and we could come back to pick it up. At this point I would have preferred to just pay for a child cut and get the money back for the “first haircut package”. We never received a call and found it odd that only one person could print the certificate and that we had to wait ten minutes to still never receive it. Unfortunately for these reasons we will most likely not return.

Colleen was our stylist and was so great with our son!! She was incredibly patient with him and so sweet. We will be using her for his next hair cut!

Colleen was wonderful. My daughter was not cooperative, she screamed the entire time. Colleen remained professional and had a smile on her face for the whole bang cut.

Colleen was lovely. My son was really nervous about getting his long hair cut. She made sure he was comfortable, it worked so well he was surprised how fast it was done.

We love cookie cutters! All the ladies who work there are so kind to not only the kids but the parents. My kids love getting there haircut with whoever is working! As a parent it means a lot that my kids feel safe and comfortable with the staff. Thank you! Keep up he great work!

Maria is so kind and always gives my daughters great haircuts. I strongly suggest that a receptionist/assistant be hired to help handle answering the phone, managing appointments and cleaning the salon between haircuts (especially during peak busy times). While Maria handles it like a true professional, the phone kept ringing and she’d have to keep stoping cutting kids’ hair to answer. This is in no way a criticism of Maria, we travel a half hour and pass many other salons on the way just to see her. It was disappointing to see her handling so much, especially during such a busy time (evening during back to school season). Regardless, she should be commended for handling the situation so skillfully and maintaining her kind and pleasant demeanor with both kids and parents and still providing top quality haircuts.
