The stylist, Debi, was wonderful with my kids. The only downside was being charged for a full cut for my youngest daughter when the cut took off less than half an inch and was done in 5 minutes. But I didn't know that was all she needed and I don't think the manager knew either when she rang me up ( before the cut). Overall, the kids love it here and I am consistently pleased with the outcome and the way the stylists treat my kids. I highly recommend going here!
