I was a little annoyed that my 4:00 PM appointment turned into 4:30 because the mother and son right before us may have been late or took a lot longer than expected. Maybe having two people cutting hair today would have helped speed things along. Once we got seated Miss Maria was very patient with my son and helped him feel ok about getting his hair cut. Overall good experience!

Cookie cutters makes getting my sons haircut so easy, everyone is so professional and kind. All of the staff members do whatever they can to ensure a positive experience for both parent and child. My son was not a happy camper either time he’s been in for a hair cut, but they manage to get the job done and he always looks great. Thank you cookie cutters staff for the positive experience!

We went for our baby's 1st haircut with Colleen and she was great! We were greeted as soon as we came in and everything was explained to us. Haircut was quick and easy despite my child crying the whole time. Everyone was very professional and I would highly recommend this place!

My kids love going to cookie cutter! Picking a car and playing on the small climber is awesome! My oldest is 6years old and he loves that he gets to pick out his movie in his own car! My youngest who is 16 months just got his first haircut the other day and although I was nervous because he’s rambunctious and doesn’t sit well, Maria assured me and the experience was wonderful! Not only did she listen to me but was wonderful with both boys! Thanks Maria!
