Very nice, kid friendly environment! I wish they had one near me, but it is def. worth the hour drive. Hope is a professional and easy going! My kids really like her.

Maria is so kind and always gives my daughters great haircuts. I strongly suggest that a receptionist/assistant be hired to help handle answering the phone, managing appointments and cleaning the salon between haircuts (especially during peak busy times). While Maria handles it like a true professional, the phone kept ringing and she’d have to keep stoping cutting kids’ hair to answer. This is in no way a criticism of Maria, we travel a half hour and pass many other salons on the way just to see her. It was disappointing to see her handling so much, especially during such a busy time (evening during back to school season). Regardless, she should be commended for handling the situation so skillfully and maintaining her kind and pleasant demeanor with both kids and parents and still providing top quality haircuts.

The staff at Cookie Cutters in South Plainfield go above and beyond when sure you have quality service provided. They do everything in their power to ensure my sons’ comfort while they get their haircut.

I'm confused why Cookie Cutters cannot use a blowdryer, and/or gel products. I, including my older children WHO use other places for our hair, in the same state of NJ can use a blowdryer, and gel. What are your reasons??

We come and go to Jodi - she is amazing with my daughter and with all the kids that she cuts. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come again!
