usually we are pleased with the service here. although last month we waited over an hour, outside, with 2 toddlers for our stylist to acknowledge us at all. we were told she was running a few minutes late which ended up being over an hour and no one came out to address us at all. very poor customer we service. and then when it was my sons turn for his haircut the stylist rushed through it and gave a crappy haircut. we will not see her again. his usual stylist is way better.
