My daughter's appointment was for 4:30 pm. We arrived a few min before that and there was only 1 person in the salon who was in the middle of a haircut and trying to check people in and out while being the only staff member in the salon which seems ridiculous to me in a salon for kids during afterschool hours. We waited for 30-35 min which I have never had in any other salon I have brought her too. I understand a wait that long if I had been a walk in but I scheduled an appointment. There was hair all over the floor and the car that my daughter sat in. The poor stylist was doing her best given the situation but it was a turn off and I am not sure that I will be back. Management should not allow this to happen.

Really pathetic job. Had to take Vyas to a different salon to correct the mistakes made by the barber at cookie cutters.

María is a racist person, so bad service since my arrival, she was not friendly... Fabiola, a kind person, attended me. I will not return to this place.

Got my sons hair cut. Place is nice but appointments mean nothing I waited over an hour and half after my appointment. And lady who cut my sons hair messed up one sideburn. For a twenty dollar haircut service was mediocre.

We choose to go to this place because tgey have cars where kids love to sit during haircut, but the hairdresser (Maria) was very rigid that my 2+ year shouldn't sit on any cars except the one she suggested as he was bit cranky initially. I didn't like it at all. That's Very rude. Kids like to choose their sit and that's the least they should accommodate.

The facility is in DESPERATE need of cleaning. There was hair literally everywhere. Nothing was swept or wiped down. Before my daughter sat in the car/seat there was hair completely covered and piled at the bottom of it that I asked her to clean up before I had her sit. Had I not said anything, everything would be left there - Including her not cleaning up after my two daughters’ haircuts. Every surface had hair covering it - even the bathroom! While the service was ok, the overall state of the place was horrible and it was too late to leave. I only hope the tools they were using were sanitized but considering she took the items from a random box, I highly doubt it. Considering this is a place for children and knowing they will be walking around, it’s even more reason to clean the place! I will not be returning here based on how incredibly filthy and unsanitary this place was.
