The booking is for name sake and I will have to wait for more time for a hair cut when there are more crowd. I want to know why there is a booking in place? The haircut was not properly done and this I am saying after 1 year of my experience. Please train the employees properly.

It was our daughter’s first haircut and the stylist did nothing to try to make her comfortable. I repeatedly asked her to stop while I put something on for my daughter to watch and she kept going. She did not explain anything to my daughter about what she was doing as she was doing it so it just left my daughter scared and climbing out of the seat. When I asked what they normally do for kids who are unhappy, she acted as though she had no idea or experience with it, which we found quite impossible. Horrible first haircut experience.

I am very sad the way my sons hair cuts were done. Maria really rushed and did not take her time and it shows. I will be looking for another option for their haircut next time.

I know this is a children’s hair cut salon but wow what a joke. The employees make you seem like you are a bother.. rushed, unprofessional, left with wet hair even though they advertise the package I select includes a blowout. A walk in customer arrived while we were leaving and immediately an employee ran up and said no no appointments we’re taking our lunch break and shut/locked the door. Not even try to schedule a future appointment or anything. LOL, so funny when all 3-4 employees in there sitting around but they can’t take a walk in customer. LOL so ghetto and such a joke,

First and last time we’re getting my son’s hair cut there. The person who cut his hair wasn’t who I booked with, they didn’t listen to what we wanted the hair cut to look like, and it ended up uneven and too short.

No complaints about our hair stylist. The store itself looks to be in pretty bad shape. I’m not sure if it was another hair dresser or store owner, but they were totally classless and rude. She had the gall to grab my kids fits while the our hair stylist was trying to have him sit in the chair. Nobody had an idea that we had come for chosen firet haircut package.They didn’t even have anything presentable for us to take home our kids hair. The places itself looks really dirty and unkempt. Despite all this, we maintained our calm and left the store with a smile. Definitely not coming back and definitely not recommending this to anyone.
