My son’s first haircut was terrible. The experience at the location was not ideal. The stylist did not wear a mask, when dealing with a baby. And my child’s haircut is crooked and overall terrible. I asked for a small trim and she took off 2 inches off his bangs and 2-3 off his back. The stylist didn’t know what type of appointment I scheduled, and then walked over at the end and just picked up a piece of hair off the floor to put in the bag, as part of the baby’s first haircut keepsake. I will not be recommending any friends or family to the North Plainfield location.

Did not like the fact that it's a kid salon and as soon as I walked in the door it smell as if someone was smoking my kids even complained about the smell.

No COVID protocols. Unsafe. Unprofessional. Very disappointed I’m a client since my 4yo first cut at 10 months. They did what they want with my baby’s hair without asking. I’ll definitely never get back

unprofessional with long and sharp nails and no patience at all. Use scissor dangerous. Not good for under 2 age baby

Horrible haircut. Staff miserable. Did not greet us. Not good interaction with kids. Overbooked on appointments, made a poor woman wait while she cut someone else who didn't even have appointments. Will not suggest anyone to go nor will I go back

Scheduled an appointment, yet still waited close to an hour in the car (Covid precaution) to get called in. When we got in, received lip service about how they were sorry and would “treat us right to make up for it”. I guess that meant...doing literally nothing. They cut my sons hair, but not before taking his mask off (somehow that’s ok in a COVID world?!) when they were done cutting his hair, he was COVERED in loose hair. It’s like they weren’t even trying to keep the rest of him clean. Also the manager forgot our names in the 10 minutes we were there. TL;DR don’t make an appointment for 2:45 if you BBC any fit someone in until 3:45 and when you feel sorry maybe try harder to make those people comfortable.
