Our goal at Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids is to provide families with an amazing haircut experience. We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again. Comment
I was 7 minutes late for my appointment which I was already flustered about. I had to wait 50 minutes for the next available time and my 1 year old was getting antsy. Also the place was not very clean with hair covering the toy slide and floor/rugs. I had to use a lint roller afterwards. The girl did a nice job on the haircut but I waited another 10 minutes while they were trying figure out how to print the picture for my sons first haircut. Overall I was there for an hour and a half which I feel is way too long for a haircut visit for a boy. She casually said sorry for the wait. I felt like she did not make an effort to make me feel better about waiting so long. No discount or coupon. I will not return to this place. It was supposed to be a fun milestone and it turned into a major cost of time.
