I feel like my daughter's appointment was rushed and the stylist did her best, and was nice, but wasn't quite equipped to cut an active toddler. Her bangs and cut are both choppy and I will have bring her back to be fixed.

Krista remained professional, patient and kind through my son's tantrum. She did an incredible job, even with him moving and crying. I really appreciate her kindness and will continue to go back to her.

We had a great experience! It’s not easy to get a two year old to cooperate for a gentleman’s cut, but we were in good hands and super happy with the outcome!

I went to the shop as a walk in customer and the lady there told me she couldn't cut hair that day because there was no one else working with her???? why does someone else need to be there to cut hair? there was no one else in the building. No customers, the phone wasn't ringing. I don't get it??? why are the doors open if they can't receive customers???? So I set up an appt for the next day. The woman who cut his hair was really nice, but she did a horrible job. she left stray uncut hairs all over the place I had to point so many out that I got sick of doing so and just gave up. Then I asked if she could fix his hair, he has really curly hair so he just needed some water and some gel and a little hair scrunching. she put the water in and then flattened his hair. then I asked again for the gel and she put it in and flattened it again??? does she know that the gel is for curly hair??? I am super confused and frustrated that i spent the money for what I feel like was not worth it.

We usually go to another cookie cutters location but realized this closer one had opened. I think the haircut was better than what he usually gets, she did a really good job. The only thing was that there was hair everywhere, it didn't feel very clean. My 10 month old really wanted to play on the slide but there were little hairs all over the toy. I let her anyway or she would have screamed the whole time but I felt like it was really gross with all those little hairs. Then I thought she could sit in one of the empty chairs but the one next to my son still had hair in it. Great haircut. Everything needs a good vacuum.
