We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. We liked it, the environment was cute. We had to wait just over 30 minutes after our appointment and that was a bummer. We would have given it straight 10s otherwise.

In the beginning they said they’d give us a $2-3 discount for my son’s birthday but when it came time to pay at the end they did not discount us at all. I didn’t realize until after we went home. I can cut my sons hair but it’s nice to take him here and for his birthday. Plus he has preschool pictures next week. The girl that cut his hair did great and was nice to make sure she was doing what I wanted as she did it! The 1st and only other time we came to a cookie cutters in bountiful the girl didn’t do that.

We had an appointment, but ended up waiting 45 minutes before we got in the chair. My son is only 20 months old, so that was pretty unreasonable. The service we got was great, and the staff was very kind. Would not recommend due to the long wait time.

Felt they could've been a little friendlier well at least the girl that cut my older sons hair. She seemed annoyed and didn't quite cut like I asked and stopped in the middle of the hair cut to answer phone. My youngest lived it but older one didn't I think cause she seemed very cold.

We usually go to another cookie cutters location but realized this closer one had opened. I think the haircut was better than what he usually gets, she did a really good job. The only thing was that there was hair everywhere, it didn't feel very clean. My 10 month old really wanted to play on the slide but there were little hairs all over the toy. I let her anyway or she would have screamed the whole time but I felt like it was really gross with all those little hairs. Then I thought she could sit in one of the empty chairs but the one next to my son still had hair in it. Great haircut. Everything needs a good vacuum.

The play area/wait area was full of hair. I am sure it is hard to keep all hair off of it but it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time.
