We come to this location every 5 weeks or so and have never had a bad experience before. But today the shop was Horribly run without the owner/manager present. Had a 4pm appt and checked in a few minutes early. Wasn’t taken for a haircut until one of the staff members started calling out for the next person, and after a family who had just walked in cut in front of 3 patrons in line, I finally told the girl at the front desk that we had a 4pm appt(it was after 4:20 At this point) and she said oh, okay you can go ahead. The very flamboyant staff member working pushed me into the race car multiple times and never said excuse me or I’m sorry once. I’m also 33 weeks pregnant. The staff was verbal about being ready to be done and close the shop, with the flamboyant staff member loudly saying it multiple times during our visit. I felt unwelcome the entire visit. Will make sure to only schedule appointments in the morning.

Haircut was ok. Hairstylist Daniel horrible. He shouldn't work with kids.So rough and rude.

Very unhappy with the haircut. I was told the straight across bangs would look good on her and then after they were done I was told they wouldn’t look how I’d like due to a “swoop” before the hair cut started she should have been able to tell they wouldn’t look good due to that and not recommend them. We immediately went to buy clips to keep her straight across bangs hidden till they grow out. It looks horrible. My poor babies gorgeous hair looks butchered and I’m very disappointed and unhappy I spent money here for what I received. We will Sadly not return due to how bad it looks.

I had Fiona this time and I feel that she wants you to do only what she wants and not want the client is paying for. I showed her pictures of a hair cut that my son had done their in the last few months. We loved that cut And I told her that’s what I wanted and she kept saying oh no you need to do something with styling gel and that’s not what I wanted and then during the haircut she started asking what our background for us which was fine but then she got all but When she found out that my husband was Latino she says oh I need to make his lines are straight that is a big thing for Latinos. I feel like she was racial profiling and I did not appreciate the night and then when I told her I wanted his haircut a certain way she kept arguing with me telling me that her way was better. All I wanted to do was grab my son and leave but I did not want my son to have a missed up haircut. When it was all done she again tried to put gel in his hair after pacifically said no so I told her again he’s going home and having his hair washed I don’t not want gel in his hair. I will not let today keep me from coming back. But I will make sure that she does not ever cut my sons hair again.
