My sons cut came out cute and he had a good time, but we had an appointment and still waited over an hour. Once he was in the chair I dont think the hairdresser even said a word to me. She just cut his hair and was on to the next one.

The stylist that cut Catalina hair had an attitude problem. She didn't understand that I had a right to refuse her recommendation or idea and developed a nasty attitude when I told her what I wanted for my daughter. She refused to braid my daughters hair completely and when my wife asked why she said she was free to braid the hair however she wanted unless wanted unless I wanted to pay more. However the last time i came the stylist braided my daughter hair fully. I was completely unsatisfied with her service and she made my daughter feel uncomfortable.

Upon arriving, the environment was chaotic. One woman was cutting the wrong kids hair. We had to come back as we were walk ins and that’s totally fine. But they were very unorganized. The hair dressers were both visibly frustrated and stressed out. They other hair dresser was snapping at her colleague( the lady cutting my sons hair). She at one point told my mother “I’m ready for a drink”. No one had any patience. And the children could feel this. Normally it’s a great experience. Yesterday was absolutely not.

Honestly, I felt uncomfortable with the way the barber treated my boy not knowing he has special needs. And I felt he was rushing us out. I’ve been there twice and I’m not going back

Once we got home and my son's hair dried, it is cut very uneven. The fade is horrible. The line up was jagged. Had to take him to a different barber to fix it.

Requested a line bob, she got a straight long bowl cut. The hairdresser said she couldn't layer it like the photo because her hair was thin, fine. That doesn't mean to completely disregard the entire style of what was requested and cut straight across. It was her first haircut and she's too shy to say anything in the moment. My ex husband took her and he is too passive to have said anything. My daughter hates the cut and frankly, so do I. A line bob isn't difficult and I wanted this to be a good experience for her. Hopefully somewhere else will fix it. I specifically requested someone who I'd seen in reviews to ask for, so apparently I just can't take her back to your establishment if that's the best.
