This was our “first cut” and I understand kids are hard to cut but at the time my son was being very still and not fighting to be held in one spot but the lady was just cutting to cut to get it done. Instead of trying to get him to look straight or focus back forward, as i said he just woke up so he wasn’t really moving much. She cut his bangs and brushed them to the side, but when she said “okay all done, what do you think”. I pushed his bangs back to see how bad they would look not being textured, and they were COMPLETELY uneven. I then ask her to fix it however at that point it was obvious the rest of his head was not even but it was to late and not worth it.

The stylist was pushy with my son & a little abrasive. She did keep asking me if the cut was ok & kept checking in with me which I much appreciated and the cut itself was decent. My son has never complained about someone cutting his hair though & asked that I not bring him to her again.

The continued practice of under staffing your business results in a dirty environment, long wait and unhappy customers. I’ll find somewhere else to take my child for a haircut

We asked for a specific hair style and the person that cut the hair forgot about what was asked for and did the basic general haircut for boys. We will try and avoid getting the hair cut by this person next time.

I Waited 15 minutes after my appointment time & then didn’t get to see the person I requested. I asked for this person specifically because the other person working always nicks my son & left trimmed wet hair on his head. I had clumps of hair in my hand when I tried to remove it. I didn’t want to hurt that persons feelings by asking to wait for the person I requested to finish who they were working on. I request the same person every time they are available. Unfortunately very disappointed with this visit.

The staff were the bare minimum amount of friendly, but not to a point where I would complain. It was adequate, just not overly friendly. We were very happy with the actual haircut which is what I care about the most! My daughter loved playing on the slide while she waited for her brother. Unfortunately the whole experienced was overshadowed by an awkwardly handled situation at the end where a family came in with a scheduled appointment at 4:45. They were told to wait. They sat and waited for 10 minutes with 2 kids. A stylist left at 4:55. The girl at the desk just sat there on her phone. Our stylist was finishing up my child's haircut. At 4:55 our stylist seemed surprised by how late it was and informed the family there was no time to have their appointment and that they are "understaffed". It was so uncomfortable and if that had happened to me I would have been extremely unhappy.
