This was Casey’s first hair cut and it went so smoothly because the staff and Kelsey, his hairstylist, was so sweet and accommodating. It’s such a cute little place. Each station has a TV and the child can pick out what they want to watch and they have several different shaped chairs to choose from. Thank you for making Casey’s first hair cut such a great experience!

We waited for twenty minutes despite having an appointment. No one apologized, no one explained if something unexpected happened that caused the long delay, no one offered a discount as a compensation,etc. While there are TVs at each station, they took excessively long to upload the videos and could not be heard over the noise of everything else so did not catch or maintain the attention of our child. Overall, better experience and cuter cut elsewhere.

Kelsey was FABULOUS with my young child. So glad we finally have one of these out toward the beach!

The owner was absolutely terrible, very rude and not professional. I was Standing at the front desk for at least a minute before I was even looked at by the two ladies standing behind the desk talking. I understand they were talking about appointments but not even a hello or we will be right with you, or even an acknowledgment. I am in the service industry and the customer service here was atrocious. It is also way overpriced for the service I got. I was very specific with the stylist, who was very nice, but she didn’t do anything I asked. She barely took off anything off my daughters hair, when I asked for a cut. It looks no different then when she walked in. She asked if she could correct it as we were leaving, but the owner made it very clear that the stylist needed to be done right then. I felt very awkward and laughed. $18 for my daughter to come out looking exactly the way she did when she walked in is too much. I can get a great kids cut at a hair Cuttery or somewhere else, for way cheaper, and bar is what I will do from now on. If the business keeps contacting itself in this manner it won’t last long I am afraid.
