We did not have the best experience. They tried to give my 9 month old a lollipop when he started to cry. He was very upset during the whole cut experience and the guy cutting his hair did not try anything to console him. He just pushed through and seemed annoyed. When he switched razors i went to pick him up to try to calm him down and he said what is happening? Again he felt annoyed. Overall I was not impressed and disappointed with the process. The guy felt like he had no experience dealing with small children.
