Daniel- the tall Caucasian barber with bleach blonde hair was extremely unprofessional to say the least. He was cursing while cutting my sons hair and made racial “jokes” towards my sons mother as well. Not to mention that upon arrival for our 2pm appointment we had to wait and the lady at the counter (might be the owner) skipped because this other kids hair was “easier and faster” to cut. The barber seemed as if he was high on drugs as he was sniffing and snorting a lot while rubbing his nose then went on to tell some really inappropriate and random stories and asked random and inappropriate questions as well. He was not at all patient with my son nor did he even try to engage on his level. My son literally left there traumatized. The haircut itself came out uneven and not even close to as good as other places that we’ve been to. Keep in mind that we drive 45 minutes from st Augustine for this haircut. This is obviously a franchise location and whoever the owner of this franchise is has absolutely no business giving kids haircuts. This was hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Please find another profession because the individuals working in this establishment have no clue what good customer service is and do not know anything about communicating with kids either.

The hairdresser was severely rushed and rude. Rude to my four year old and me. He nicked my son’s ear and completely botched his hair. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I will never go back or recommend it to another Mom.

The guy who cut my sons hair was very rough and should be fired. He has no business working with children. He pressed down hard on my 2 yr olds head made him whine wouldn’t stop kept insisting my son was fine. AND AFTER ALL THAT his hair is chopped and he didn’t listen to what I wanted and cut it way to short. Very upset and will be complaining all over every platform possible. This guy has no business cutting Children’s hair. I was shocked and regret ever coming, Hate that I paid a place like this money and worst of all that I subjected my kid to this experience. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

The service was awful. I went to put the baby in a car and got approached and yelled at to “back away” by a blonde guy on 11/24/21 at 11am. The lady that cut my sons hair with black hair was so rude too. I told her I wanted it short and it was too long so I showed her a picture of how short I wanted it and she said “why didn’t you show me that at the beginning” and asked for the “number” and I didn’t understand what that meant. I’m a female I don’t know about men hair cuts and the numbers attached to it. And she kept getting annoyed that my sons baby brother was in her way when I was doing my best to keep him out. I will never come here again it was a horrible experience. So sad about this experience when we were so excited. It ruined our whole day.

We are shocked at how bad a cut they gave my son for his FIRST haircut. The hairdresser missed long hairs in the front after cutting off so much and totally ruined the sideburn/ear area with a crooked buzzed line. The result was a dumb and dumber cut. It was rushed like the hairdresser was on crack. Never again.
